Cornish yarg cheese has a delicious flavour and texture which lends itself to complimenting the egg, mushroom and potato combination in this recipe. This is a very quick snack to make if you have some cold potatoes and some mushrooms in the fridge.Add a handful of fresh herbs for more flavour.
